Hair loss (resulting from stress, vitamin desiciency, second half of pregnancy, post-natally, breast feeding, drug treatment, etc. and other indeterminate causes).Hair damage (worn or thin hair, loss of elasticity, fragile or brittle hair, loss of sheen and colour). Prophylactic treatment against premature graying of hair.(brittle and split nails)

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily.
To be taken at meal times with water, without chewing.

Average duration of treatment 3-6 months.
If necessary, the treatment can be continued or reprated.
